Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You can check and try our product while the courier waits. If you decide not to keep your order, you may return it to the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

• If you choose to return the item within 14 days of receipt, you will be responsible for additional return delivery charges.

• Refunds will be processed within the same time as the delivery duration based on your delivery zone.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a free replacement without paying shipping fees.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

To request an exchange, you must first contact us through our social media platforms.
The exchange process follows the same duration as the original delivery timeline.

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

• The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Fixation Policy

At Shop Farah Designs, each piece is carefully handcrafted using securely sewn beadwork to ensure durability and long-lasting quality. Due to the nature of handmade embellished items, occasional maintenance may be required over time.

Fixation Request Period

 

• Fixation requests related to manufacturing issues must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Requests submitted after this period are accepted as paid maintenance services, subject to evaluation.

 

Complimentary Fixation Eligibility

Fixation is provided free of charge only if:

• The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The issue is confirmed to be manufacturing-related
• The item shows no signs of misuse or excessive wear

 

Paid Fixation Service

After the 14-day window, fixation remains available for a service fee depending on the repair scope.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for paid fixation requests.

Fixation Processing Time

 

Fixation typically requires 3–4 weeks, depending on bead availability and repair requirements.

 

Important Notes About Beadwork

 

All beadwork is hand-sewn (not glued) using secure stitching techniques for maximum durability. However, natural wear may occur over time with use, and occasional reinforcement does not indicate a manufacturing defect.
