Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds

We accept returns; just make sure of the following:

• You can check & try our product while the courier awaits you. In case you no longer wish to have your order, you may return it back with the courier and only pay the delivery fees.
• If you want to send them back to us within 14 days of receival, you will be charged additional delivery charges.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, only exchangable.

Exchanges

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

General Notes

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
